My philosophical approach fuses an eclectic type of therapy to best suit an individuals needs. I believe that taking a person-centered approach establishes a trusting and positive working relationship. This enables me to work with individuals on their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to address the problems and difficulties in their lives. Setting clear goals and utilizing methods that are tailor made to each individual is important in developing strategies that will produce positive results.
